This wine is aromatic and fresh. It will delight with its brightness and freshness on the nose and aromas of exotic fruit, Acacia flowers and citrus. On the palate, flavours of orchard fruit and white flower lead to a nice mineral finish. Perfect with Asian food and grilled seafood.

A blend of Riesling (75%) and Gewurztraminer (25%), each picked separately at the peak of ripeness. The terroir helped maintain acidity but encouraged the development of ripe tropical flavours with citrus and stone fruit on the finish.
