A unique bubbly with delectable flavours from 100% Canadian Chardonnay with an inspired touch of ice wine. On the palate, this sparkling wine presents lively bubbles that linger refreshingly with notes of apple and pear fruit. The acidity is well balanced by the subtle presence of ice wine. Excellent as an aperitif or with spicy Asian dishes.

Produced with the Charmat Method using Chardonnay grapes picked earlier in the harvest to help capture more natural acidity and flavours. Icewine, is added as a Liqueur d’expedition post secondary ferment to help add weight and roundness to the palate.
